I worked closely with seniors, families, and caregivers every single day, walking into their homes, listening to their stories, understanding their challenges, and finding real-life solutions to make daily living easier and more functional. Whether that meant small adjustments or bigger recommendations, my goal was always to protect dignity, independence, and quality of life.

That experience shaped who I am today.
